CHRISTMAS COMES EARLY AT PAFOS ZOO.
With the birth of our first Siberian tiger Cub (Panthera tigris altaica).

It was born on the Thursday the 27/11/14 and we had been monitoring the cub and mother very closely. Unfortunately over the last few days both mother and cub had not been feeding and yesterday the young mother rejected her first baby, so we had to intervene and are now hand feeding the young cub to give it its best chance of survival. ΤΑ ΧΡΙΣΤΟΥΓΕΝΝΑ ΕΧΟΥΝ ΕΡΘΕΙ ΝΩΡΙΣ ΣΤΟ PAFOS ZOO.
Με την γέννηση της πρώτης τίγρης απο την Σιβηρία (Panthera tigris altaica).

Γεννήθηκε την Πέμπτη 27/11/2014 απο τότε παρακολουθούσαμε πολύ στενά το μικρό τιγράκι όπως και την μητέρα του. Δυστηχώς τις τελευταίες μέρες η μητέρα απαρνήθηκε το μικρό και σταμάτησε να το ταίζει , οπότε έπρεπε να παρέμβουμε και τώρα ταίζουμε το μικρό τιγράκι με μπιμπερό ούτως ώστε να επιβιώσει.
