For almost 20 years, visitors across the world have visited Pafos Zoo, an exciting wildlife reserve and tropical paradise to discover animals, learn about their species and connect with nature.
Pafos Zoo is committed in the preservation of species on the island of Cyprus by merging our expertise in animal care and conservation science with our dedication in inspiring passion for learning about nature.
Our transfer bus runs between 09:45am and 10:30am, upon the completion of your purchase you will receive an email containing the exact pick-up location and time depending on the location of your stay. The return transfer will depart from the Zoo at 14:30 - this is the only bus going into Paphos.
HOW TO
Select a date
Select a date which you find suitable for your tour and check if it's available for you preferred time through our booking calendar.
Book it
Add your name, email, telephone number and location of your stay (if you're using our zoo shuttle) and secure your ticket with SSL encrypted payment gateways.
Your exploration begins!
After you complete your booking, you'll receive an email with exact details on pickup location and unique ticket which you can scan at the zoo entrance and start your journey.
Our direct transfer bus runs from Paphos everyday during the summer months (April – October) and 3 times per week during the winter months (November – March).
This service has pick ups from the majority of the Hotels in the Paphos region and requires a reservation that can be done by selecting the direct transfer ticket above.

Free Zoo Shuttle from Coral Bay region.
April – October we operate a free shuttle service from the Coral bay region of Paphos just around a 10 minute drive. This service operates everyday from 3 dedicated bus stops please see timetable below for this service. No reservation required this is a hop on and off service.

Pafos Zoo offers exciting opportunities for you to get even closer to some of your favorite animal!
Our daily parrot and owl show is not to be missed. It’s both educational and entertaining.
As a Zoo we are always working on a number of conservation programs, including endemic species breeding.
Oh where to start. We spent Christmas Day at Pafos Zoo, and it was just an amazing experience and super educational when you talk to the staff. Massive shout to Karen (giraffes) and Tasha (lemurs) for educating us and giving us lovely conversation. You can really tell these keepers are passionate about their jobs!
It was possibly the greatest day of my life! The tickets were a fair price. The staff were wonderful and the restaurant served good food and fair prices! But what really made the experience was the opportunity to feed the elephants and giraffes!
Everyone gets something different out of a visit to the zoo, go and make your own minds up. The animals are well cared for and have a team of dedicated keepers looking after them.
